Account & Data Deletion

Version 1.1 draft · Effective date: [OWNER TO COMPLETE] · Last updated: 2026-10-16
Draft for owner/legal review. This page describes the application as shipped in Hydra v39 (1.12). Items marked [OWNER TO COMPLETE] must be filled in by the person or company operating this site before the page is relied on. Nothing here has been reviewed by a lawyer.

Delete a chat

Point at the chat in the sidebar and press the bin icon (Delete). There is a short undo window, after which the chat is removed from your account's storage.

Delete everything on this device

Settings → Data → "Delete everything on this device" removes chats, projects, agents, memories and settings held in this browser. Data synced to your account is unaffected.

Delete your account

Settings → Account & privacy → "Delete my account" (password required). Immediately removed from active storage: your account record, email index, settings (including any stored API keys and connector tokens), memories, conversations, projects, agents, missions, scheduled tasks, background run records, pending connector sign-ins, the record of sites you published, and shared links. Your sessions stop working at once. The deletion is recorded in the audit trail (your email, IP address, time and how many items were removed).

Not removed: daily/monthly spend totals (no content); audit entries, including those about your account (sign-up, password changes, sign-out-everywhere and this deletion, with your email and IP address); sites you published, which stay on Netlify until deleted there; and copies in the hosting platform's backups until they expire ([OWNER TO COMPLETE] Netlify retention period). Data already sent to AI providers is governed by their retention.

If you cannot sign in, contact [OWNER TO COMPLETE] with the email address of the account; identity will be checked before deletion.
