Terms of Service

Version 1.1 draft · Effective date: [OWNER TO COMPLETE] · Last updated: 2026-10-16
Draft for owner/legal review. This page describes the application as shipped in Hydra v39 (1.12). Items marked [OWNER TO COMPLETE] must be filled in by the person or company operating this site before the page is relied on. Nothing here has been reviewed by a lawyer.

These terms govern use of this Hydra instance, operated by [OWNER TO COMPLETE].

Accounts

Accounts are by invitation (an invite code or an approved email) unless the operator opens sign-ups. You are responsible for your password and for anything done with your account. The operator may suspend accounts that break these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

What the service does

Hydra sends your prompts to third-party AI models and shows their answers, with tools (web search, code execution in your browser, connectors you enable, image/video generation). Answers can be wrong. Verify anything important; the "Verify" action and the sources shown are aids, not guarantees.

Usage limits

The operator funds a daily allowance per account and a site-wide ceiling; the app tells you when you reach them. You may add your own provider API keys, which are then used for your requests under those providers' terms. Limits can change without notice.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload and what is generated for you, subject to the AI providers' terms. You grant the operator only the rights needed to run the service (store, transmit to providers, display back to you).

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for losses arising from AI output, provider outages, or data loss — export your data regularly. [OWNER TO COMPLETE] jurisdiction-specific limitations.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time (Settings → Account & privacy). The operator may close the service with reasonable notice where possible.
